So here's what I want to do with my 2x BaC sets, plus a couple extra models to fill out the squads.
Mainly for fluff but I think it should handle well against most armies, let me know what you guys think:
HQ
Kyr Vhalen (or similarly equipped Cataphractii Praetor, which is about the same pts)
Consul: Siege Breaker (drop in with Tyrants for Tank Hunter)
Troops
20 Man Tac Squad
Extra CCW
Artificer armor on Sgt
20 Man Tac Squad
Extra CCW
Artificer armor on Sgt
20 Man Tac Squad
Extra CCW
Artificer armor on Sgt
Elites
10 x Tyrant Siege Terminators (soon to be HS but won't make a difference)
Contemptor Dreadnout Talon
2x Contemptor with Kheres and DCCW
Free Extra Armor
Rapier Weapons Battery
2x Quad Mortar
Apothacarion Deatchment
3x Apothacaries (spread around to protect my expensive units most likely)
Heavy Support
10x Iron Havocs
10x ML
Sgt has Artificer Armor and Augery Scanner
10x Heavy Support Squad
10x HB with Shatter Shells
Sgt has Artificer Armor and Augery Scanner
Comes to 2995, sure I can find something for that 5 points.
So basically aside from a pair of quad mortar rapiers and some extra HB and ML guys I can put this together with my BaC boxes.
Throws out a disgusting amount of S8 with Wrecker and Tank Hunter, enough to take down most of the nasty 14 armor transports in 30K, then it's cold steel and courage to take care of everything else.
What do you guys think?

To be fair though, it totally looks like something the IW would do, he's even got the siege breaker . Yah, this looks sick, man.

Don't forget about 10 support w/ volkite cavaliers.
Also 1 Mortos Con Dread w/ 2 x DAsC and 1 x 2CCW deads might be better than 2 x 1 DaC/CCW.

Is it actually like a super nasty list? I was trying to go with A) stuff I could build out of my BaC stuff, B) something that made use of the IW special units and felt fluffy, and C) Maxing out unit sizes because I cannot stand the idea of paying more per-model on any unit.
@FeindusMaximus, I might go for some Volkite once I start fleshing out to 4K. Not a big fan of support squads for some reason though.
Also, RE the Dreadnoughts, that is something I was considering. I wanted to keep them with that loadout so they could be a bit more of an all around threat (shooting mainly, but helping out in CC if needed).
They'll be magnetized anyways, so I'll give them both a go and see which I prefer.
