This may be a long shot, but I'm looking to create grotesques who don't clash aesthetically with my harlequins. My idea was making them monstrous marionettes or puppets, but I'm curious what kit you would try for that.

I'm certainly able to improvise, I can use any model with good stitches, or maybe a robot with a ramshackle feel and a nice menacing look.

I'll be using Malifaux' Collodi as my Haemonculus.
