I have been thinking of different ways to make Harlies work at 1000 points have came up with a few concept list and would like a 2nd and maybe 3rd opinion on the subject.
ObjSec is not important.
Must include a Cast of Players
Concept 1: Cast of players, Heroe's Path, Faolchu's Blade.
PROS: Gives 2 units jetbikes, A Solitaire in low point games can be a game changer
CONS: Short range, Heroe's Paths fragile save for Solitaire
Concept 2: Cast of players, Aspect Host (Warp Spiders, Warp Spiders, Dark Reapers), Eldar CAD Farseer and 2 units of 3 Scatterbikes.
PROS: 6 jetbikes, Long range firepower, high mobility with Warp Spiders, Eldar Psychic powers are available.
CONS: Not that bad actually
Concept 3: Cast of players, Heroe's Path, Eldar CAD Farseer and 2 units of 3 Scatterbikes, Dark Reapers
PROS: 6 jetbikes, Long range firepower, Solitaire available, 7 ML at 1000 points is not too shabby
CONS: Only two units of bikes are highly mobile. The rest is slower.
Concept 4: Cast of players, Faolchu's Blade, Eldar CAD Farseer and 2 units of 3 Scatterbikes, Dark Reapers
PROS: 4 units of Bikes, Long range firepower, Eldar Psychic powers available
CONS: Not too bad either.
Concept 5: Cast of players, Aspect Host (Swooping Hawks, Swooping Hawks, Dark Reapers), Aspect Host (Warp Spiders, Warp Spiders, Dark Reapers)
PROS: Precision Deep Strike, Anti-armor, Anti-flyer, long range firepower, high mobility
CONS: Toughness 3 everywhere.
Concept 6: Cast of players, Aspect Host (Swooping Hawks, Warp Spiders, Dark Reapers), Faolchu's Blade
PROS: Anti-Armor, Anti-Flyer, High mobility, long range firepower, 2 units of bikes for mobile shooting and melee.
CONS: Any loss will be felt hard.
