the empire flagellant kit has a nice mini thats in stocks. you could cut the hands off the stocks and reattach to the arms to create the 'hands up' pose. then a bit of cutting and maybe a little gs work and you could repose guardsman legs to be kneeling. voila..kneeling surrendered enemy
