Hello end of next month i will have a tournament, after played murder horde i would like try DK with chaos knight i have in mind this list, Local meta is dominated by space marines

we will use ITC scenarios so all missions will have maelstrom

Is the second list legal? I don't think there's a Lord of War slot for a Chaos Knight inside of a Daemonic Incursion detachment.

With that said I think the KDK will be better because of Blood Tithe.
