So joking B-movie title aside, I was looking through my codex today and noticed Kharn's page mentions he always hits in melee on a 2+ At all times, so I was wondering if this also overrides invisiblity making all melee hits require a six. Any one know if this is true? If so chaos has something great angainst one of the more cheesy powers in the game right now.

Yes, his rule is more specific, so hits on two plus.

I thought it was down to sequencing - whomever turn it is decides which order the buffs and such apply.
So, when you charge with Kharn, you decide that the Invisibility sets your required to hit roll to 6+ first,, and then you set Kharn to hit on a 2+.
Then, on the Invisible players turn, Kharns effect sets his hits to 2+, and then invisibility sets it to 6+.

More importantly, Basic vs Advanced would apply.

Invisibility is in the Rulebook, Khârn is in a Codex. The Codex rules are the more advanced rules (and, as nos mentioned, are more specific to boot), so Khârn hits on a 2+ at all times.

Sequencing is only when two rules are resolved at the same time. To Hit settings are not actually resolved in a literal sense. In addition, there is the establishment of precedence provided by the Basic vs Advanced rule. Even if they were resolved at the same time, Kharn's rule being a codex rule has precedence over the the rulebook rule provided by Invisibility.
If they were both codex rules, specificity could play a role, but there is nothing in the rulebook establishing precedence via that method or defining what qualifies as more specific.
