I'm in the market for a new case for all of my 40k armies. Currently I am struggling to find room for all of them. My local store offers battlefoam cases and GW cases along with a few other brands. although I do not know their names. Does anymore have any suggestions for which brand I should get? I have a guard army, a Blood Angels army, and a small chaos force.

KR are pretty good from what iv'e seen.
I use Figures in Comfort cases and most of my opponents seem to use Feldherr so i can vouch for the quality of both

I tend to go the cheap route of storage bins and upholstery foam. Takes a bit of cutting to fit, but if you get a deep bin you can stack a bunch of levels in it, especially suitable for guardsmen, though for infantry you might want to splurge on precut foam trays so they don't rattle and spill around.
For my latest army, which is a low-count Tau force, I'm actually putting rare earth magnets in the bases and using an Army surplus ammo canister. The magnets allow for quick and easy packing and unpacking without having to fiddle with foam, plus I can stick models to all 6 surfaces inside the container, so there's more economy of space. If I were to ever decide to travel long distance or by air I can just dump packing peanuts in for extra assurance of safe arrival.

This, sir, is brilliant.

Haha thank you, but I have to admit to stealing the idea from a couple friends. They're magnet-crazed (magnetized heads, hands and doodads on infantry and such) and I was finally pulled into they're way of thinking!

I've got some KR, Battlefoam, Army Transport and the GW (old and new flex foam style).
The KR foam is really, really soft, which is nice, however if you pull a tray out its quite floppy on its own. The Battlefoam is quite a bit stiffer (due to a more rigid foam basing) which makes pulling a tray and setting it somewhere a bit easier. The new GW cases are brilliant and quite efficient if storing the maximum number of minis in a small case is your goal.
On the whole, I prefer my Battlefoam and just bought a bunch more during the clearance sale they had. I've got the 720 and 1520 cases and foam to fill them a few times over. I find the pre-cut to be really convenient and effective at storing my armies, and I can pull a stack of foam off the shelf and slide it into the case to head to the game store or tournament. The cases themselves are also quite robust and more durable than the Army Transport and GW versions. The downside is the price, Battlefoam I think is still the most expensive method.

Keep in mind that battlefoam has a 15% discount if you are military which can bring down the price just a bit. They were also willing to work with me as I am getting the Nimitz Case with a foam piece that is the entire length and width to fit my FW Phantom.

If you build an army then start a different one battle foam is perfect because you can get a case with bespoke foam to fit that army perfectly (even getting squad marking on the foam so you know what goes where) and it's always ready to go.
If your armies are ongoing projects that you're always adding to then the more modular KR system of card cases that go into a padded case is easier to expand and grow. It's also easier to store as your collection grows.
If you don't keep your models in the foam and you want versatile cases that can hold anything then the GW case for infantry and a rifle case for larger models is perfect.
