If you want to know whether it's worth $400, the best thing to do is to go onto GW's webpage and determine how much all of that would cost if you bought it from them. If it would cost $800 or more from GW, $400 may be a reasonable price.

I'll let Eldar players comment on whether or not that's a playable set of models or not.

Then, yeah, 400 CAD is probably a decent price for a second hand army.

Again, this comment has no bearing on whether or not the models are worth playing.

It's very playable, but not competitive in the traditional Eldar sense. You already have a nice CAD, complete with Objective holding units, strong backfield fire support and good psychic support. You have enough models for a Aspect Host Formation with Avengers, Scorpions and Dragons and while the Scorpions might suffer from a +BS, the Serpent they can Infiltrate in won't complain.

Missing Jetbikes and a Wraithknight or two, and I'm a big fan of Crimson Hunters, but this is a very good core to build from as long as you're not looking to play at large events.

Its a good start but not enough for cheesedar. Needs a wraithknight or 2 and probably a bunch of jetbikes and another wave serpent or 2.

Picked it up. Also to my surprise it came with 4 unbuilt jet bikes!
