I'd probably go for a basecoat of Bugman's Glow, followed by a wash of Reikland Fleshshade or Seraphim Sepia, finished off with a 1:1 mix of Bugman's Glow and one of the more tanned flesh tones in the range (Cadian Fleshtone, Kislev Flesh, Bestigor Flesh) depending on your preference for overall tone.
You can probably substitute Bugman's Glow with Mournfang Brown and washing with Agrax Earthshade too, if you want a darker look. Experiment with the order of that might help too, doing the highlight first and washing to blend it better. If that doesn't get you the result you want, you could do the base, then the highlight mixture of your choice, and then washing with Feugan Orange or Reikland Fleshshade.
Uruks are a bit of a blessing to paint flesh on, because I've found in the past that there's so many different ways to go about it, and you'll rarely be wrong.
