This Plog will be about Artificial Intelligence (Abominable Intelligence)
The army itself will be played as a combined Cult mechanicus/Skitarii force and the army will be converted to appear more like a fully cybernetic race rather than cyborg humans.

I have also written a large amount of fluff regarding the army that i may post here somewhere in the future.

Anyway here is the 'counts as' Tech priest Dominus, and a quick walkthrough of how it was made. (Next up Counts as Infiltrators and Kastelans)

Firstly a pose of the model had to be concieved, some primary positioning of the mechadendrite tentacles

Then the primary body had to be cut to give room for the new lower body

The mechadendrite tentacles was then fitted onto the torso

More tentacles

And almost finished, still need to do something about his back, but I'll get around to that eventually

Here follows some walkthorugh pictures of how i made the Responsebots (Infiltrators)

Firstly the lower bodies had to be cut and filed to fit with the torso without looking to off, also giving the model a robotic spine seemed like a good idea. The torso itself had to be cut and filed down to give room for the spine, this was especially true for the champion of the unit, that had to reattach some of his lower torso to the torso again. (the only torso that lacks the lower abdomen-part, seeing as they are crafted onto the legs instead) Picture shows when the three parts are glued before being cut and cleaned up.

Next was positioning of the arms and overall poses

Final touches

I made a power sword/stubcarbine testmodel first but decided on the Goads for the sheer awesomeness

Next followed the Sterilizers (Kastelans)

I had to change the main weapons, and the Sentinel Autocannon was the best answer, seeing as there was a cavity i had to fill up where the main weapon used to be

Positioning and headswap

Final touches and size comparison

Also started looking at Vanguard counts as

And the stuff so far

Stay tuned for more updates in the future, this will grow into a rather large army eventually :chrome:

And i noticed the final Dominus picture has been cropped horribly when i uploaded it so i included the full res pictures here instead.

still a work in progress

Also, sidenote - any mouldlines you see will be removed in the near future.
