We all miss the Necron Pariahs, Who are now missing in action, and were a Good unit in DoW
Here is some Homebrew Rules, to bring them into 7th Edition
Slot:Elites/No Force Org (Bodyguard)
Points: ??? (Decide in Comments)
WS5 BS4 S5 T4 W2 I2 A2 LD10 3+
Special Rules:
Pariah
FnP (5+)
Fearless
Pariah- Any Psychic Power that targets the Pariahs/A friendly unit within 12", Can be denied on a 4+, Also ANY Psychic power cast within 12" Only does so on a 5+, Instead of the Usual 4+
Wargear:
Pariah Warscythe
Pariah Warscythe- S=User AP2 Melee,Pariah Curse,Unwieldy,Two-Handed, Armourbane/ 12" S4 AP5 Assault 1, Gauss
Pariah Curse-Any Enemy unit/Model that has taken Casualties/a wound caused by a Pariah Warscythe must take a special LD check at -2, If the unit contains a Psyker or has the Psyker/Brotherhood of Psykers special rule, the test is taken at -3 LD, This Test bypasses ATSKNF, If failed the Unit suffers -1 S and -1T for the next game turn, Also the Pariah Warscythe may use both its ranged and melee profiles in the same turn
What do you think of this?

They should still be I2.
They should also not have Hit and Run.

1) Pariah curse is iffy maybe make it: The Unit causes fear checks at -2 Ld (-3 Ld if the unit contains a psyker, is a brotherhood of psykers, or has the daemon special rule). in addition to other effects, a failed leadership test also causes -1 Toughness for the round. this check bypasses AtSKnF.
2) remove hit and run, drop initiative to 2. They are still mostly Necrons, so they wouldn't be faster.
3) I like the warscythe, just so long as pariah's curse is changed.
4) Drop 1 Toughness and give Resurrection protocols?

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field. |

I'm not seeing T5, in DoW a Pariah wasn't any bulkier than a Immortal. I would make them a bit more unique and give them 2 wounds each at T4, making them distinctly weak against Str 8 things but making them resilient vs small arms fire.
Hit'n'run is weird and totally not necron-y, and so is I3. Just make them Initiative 2 and lose Hit'n'run. Pariah curse is weird, not OP, just...weird. Would like to see the War Scythe gain armour bane for consistency. You could also include some kind of leadership modifying skill, as the original rules of the Pariah caused enemy leadership to be treated as 7. You could get away with a simple enemy units within 12'' have -1 leadership, while psykers suffer -2.
How to price them at 2 wounds T4 3+ Sv with FnP. I would price them a little over a Tyranid Warrior at 35pts. 3 wounds with a 4+ Save is almost as good as 2 wounds with a 3+ save.

It's a good start but I think you're under-representing the Pariah's anti-Psyker capabilities. Each one of these guys is basically a Culexus Assassin in terms of the Pariah effect. With that in mind I'd give them the following:
Points: ??? (Decide in Comments)
WS5 BS4 S5 T4 W2 I2 A2 LD10 3+
Special Rules:
Pariah
FnP (5+)
Fearless
Pariah- A model with this rule cannot be affected by any psychic power regardless of source and any blessings or maledictions affecting them automatically fail. Psykers both friendly and enemy within 12" may only harness Warp Charges on a 6 and may not add their Mastery Levels to the Charge pool. If a model under the effect of a psychic power moves within 12" of a Pariah unit any powers automatically cease to effect.
Wargear:
Pariah Warscythe with built-in Gauss Flayer
Gauss Flayer - Range 24" S4 Ap5, Rapid Fire
Pariah Warscythe- S +2 Ap2, Melee, Phase Weapon, Armourbane
Phase Weapon - A roll to-hit of 6 ignores Invulnerable saves.
Soulless - Any unit both friendly and enemy within 12" of the Pariahs count their Leadership value as 7 unless it would normally be lower than that. Such units also lose the effects of Fearless and ATSKNF if they have it. Characters attached to the Pariahs are unaffected by this rule.
I used the old rules for Pariahs as a starting point and brought them up to current standards, but toned the Warscythes down a bit, as before they were Ap1 and ignored all saves regardless! With this in mind I'm thinking 50-60pts each would be adequate, with 3 Pariahs as a suitable starting number.

Necron Lords are also not that bulky, and I'm pretty sure they are T5. Pariahs are also bulkier than T4 warriors, and roughly en par with Lychguard.
T5 is fine.
