I think ive trimmed down the fat on this list. let me know what you think! The total is 1860 and I have no idea what to drop. maybe a psy level of the hearld of Nurgle.

You could lose the daemon army CAD (2), put the daemon prince of nurgle in the command slot of the daemonic incursion and have the allied detachment take the ADL. This saves points and gives you 280pts to mess around with. You could use those points to replace some nurglings with plaguebearers or upgrade your prince and sorceror to ML3. Just some suggestions.

That drops the slots for the blight drones. 3x drakes taking up the fast slots in the CSM and the Daemonic incursion doesnt allow for fast attack slots.

My suggestion was to drop the drones, but if you really want to keep them I would suggest just dropping a drake.

Well atm you only have 5ML which is a sorry amount for a daemon army, I would give your prince and sorceror 3ML each. And for the rest of the 105 pts... Perhaps give the sorceror the sigil, a bike/terminator armour.

I would agree. Hmmm, do you think 2 heldrakes is going to be enough? If i drop one drake I can free up the Daemon prince to go in the Incursion and the blights as a unit of 2x with the fast attack slot that was just opened. Plus I get mastery levels maxed.

Frees up 260 points to spend by dropping the drake and 2x squad of nurglings. What to get? I would assume 75 pts in psyker levels for the sorc and hearld. Leaves 190 to play with

What's your plan for the dp, if it's fly around and summon, then having no rewards or armor can be understood, with a 2+ jink save, but if you have any plans on getting him into combat you are going to want some rewards thrown on him, hopefully roll fnp and or swap for a nice weapon

Herald summons, Sorc goes cursed earth, DoPN has tons of options. I was thinking assault monster of win. Go CC. I have 190 pts to flaunt around since ive dropped a drake so well see where it goes. Suggestions for a Mele loadout? I would roll for iron arm FnP and warlord FnP.

What are you using grimoire for?

DPoN can use it on himself and go beast mode, or on a heldrake/ unit of blight drones that needed to land to get a good flame off.

I think Blight Drones are 150 each not 125?

Also I don't think having your sorcerer fish for cursed earth is good or reliable. He'll likely Perils to death using daemonology, and he only has a 50% chance of getting Cursed Earth each game. He's a useful warp charge battery, and rolling him on telepathy isn't a bad choice. If nothing else he can psychic shriek. I'd really strongly recommend a spell familiar on him.

Grimoire isn't too reliable without Fateweaver for a reroll... If you want combat beast the new contagion relic for Nurgle makes the princes attacks auto wound. Not used it yet but should be good to kill off elite units (i.e. high toughness) just a thought.

Think Ill take the Telepathy on the sorc, good call. But 50/50 cursed earth is OP too... Refresh me on the familar again?

In that case I must agree with uncleanone, I thought blight drones were 150pts each too.

Spell Familiar is 15 pts and let's you re roll failed psychic tests. In my opinion it's a must-have upgrade.

Also just looked in IA13, page 132, Blight Drones are definitely 150 points.

The daemon holding the grimoire can't benefit from grimoire so he can't grimoire himself

and Blight Drones got updated in IA13 and are now 150 poits (and also have daemon of nurgle)
