Mounted Kroot Tracker

My take on making a counts-as Inquisitor Coteaz.

Tau stealth suit legs add a great mass to the model, and I used the head and outstretched arm from Anghkor Prok. The vulture is a Warmaster undead carrion, and I shortened Coteaz' hammer a little bit. Other than added parts from the Kroot sprue, I threw in an Ogre trap and a sheathed Kroot pistol on his back. I was considering adding some Tau implants onto his head and possibly the bird. I'm also considering sprucing up the hammer, possibly by adding some runes with greenstuff. I'm also not sure whether I want to leave the Tau hooves as feet or not. Thoughts and suggestions, please!

It's a nice conversion. Few little changes I could think of to improve.

I'd be inclined to bulk up the mid section a bit, or try to integrate it into the legs a little bit more. I'd possibly also be tempted to swap the feet out for Kroot feet, at the moment he is a bit too bottom heavy, or torso light.

The other change I would make is the direction of the vulture, the fact that he is facing one direction and the bird is facing is another is distracting in terms of composition. Make him either watching the bird, or the bird coming towards the direction he is facing.
