I'm trying to work out SDK points for the new Celestant on Stardrake, using https://sites.google.com/site/ageofsigmarsdk/sdksystem

But I went wrong somewhere (I think probably when working out the PVS modifier as I can't really get my head around it.)

Can someone help break it down for me, or if you're especially amazing, help find out the points for this unit?
