Hey guys, looking at getting 2 of these for my grey knights.

But I'm looking at alternative models as well as possibly designing my own. Can anyone suggest other models of similar size. I just don't want the dude hanging in front of it.

Also what height is the dreadknight?

2000+ points, but I think I know how to use them

Not sure of the height, but if you give the right weapons to a contemptor dreadnought for FW it could be a great stand in.

I think the contemptor ID an inch or 2 shoter, I saw a comparison photos with these 2 and a normal dread

On moon miranda.

Albino Raven has a pretty cool model that could work as a stand-in.

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

I've seen both on the table, and I can say a riptide is quite a bit larger, (way bigger difference than between the contemptor and the DK) and really woudnt fit the look of the grey Knights.

I've seen and done some cool conversions to the DK. One involves using dreadnaught bits to cover the baby carriage and the other uses IK bits to make a head and then others to cover it. The dreadnaught one is easy to find on Google images by searching DK conversions, the other I found on dakka

Another possibility is the Dreamforge Leviathan in 15mm scale.

The leviathan is funky and Vaktathi the one you suggested is pretty cool.

Can someone tell me the actual hight in mm please of the DK?

Dreadknights are pretty terribad looking, huh? Too bad they're so vital to a competitive GK army...

Both are located in the EU. I'm not particularly fond of either design, but maybe one speaks to you?
