So a new list for 1250 points escelation league game.
mission will be rolled for (mealstorm of war)
I have this list but im wondering if it is to much of an elite list:

It's a good start, there's a couple tweaks you could make. You're right thinking you could put the meganobz into a trukk instead of a wagon. Think of a wagon as a mobile weapons platform that you can stick some tankbustas or shoota boys in. It's wasted as a transport because it's slow. There's nothing wrong with the KmK's, but adding some variety by turning one into some lobbas or tracktor kannons will leave you better prepared to take on a variety of opponents. Ditch the Mek, give the wagon riggers if you're going to keep it. (Also the killkannon.) Keep 4 Nobz, stick the boss and painboy with them in the trukk. Make sure you give the deffkoptas rokkits. With the extra points from getting rid of the mek, wagon, and two nobz look into getting more boyz, warbikes, or some lootas. If you're looking to make a "competitive" ork list, every boy should be in a trukk or on a bike. (Except lootas, their weapons are heavy.)

so i edited my list, got 12 shootaboyz in a battlewagon with the killkanon (maby add more or do tankbustas in them?
The only thing now is that i have 1 footslogging squad of boyz while the rest of the army is in vehicles..

Twelve is the max in a battlewagon with a killkannon, that's fine.
As for the footsloggers, knock that unit of boyz down to the minimum and put them in a trukk with the Nob who has a PK and a bosspole. You have some points left over, plus five. Remove the killsaws from the meganob (bonus vs vehicles is kind of useless considering you're going to be hitting with like 20 PK attacks on the charge.), the bombsquigs, (Ammo runts on the KmKs fulfill the same role.) the gretchin mob, the shoota nob's big choppa, and one deffkopta. Now you can afford a second unit of boyz in a trukk with a nob bosspole, and pk. Give these two slugga boy trukks the rams from the tankbusta trukks. (Difficult terrain is more of an issue trying to set up a CC unit to charge whereas the tankbustas trukk will be used to line up 24" shots.) Realistically, you're trading in a bunch of upgrades you won't really miss to uprgrade a unit of gretchin into a unit of boyz and swapping the kopta for a trukk which has a rokkit instead of a TL rokkit but has objective secured instead to fulfill the same role after turboboosting some boyz. (A decent trade.)

Problem is i only have 4 trukks, i can ask if i can use my looted wagon (chimera) as a trukk...
If not then i have to figuer out something else..
In that case i could add 7 warbikers + 1 nob with big choppa but i will only have 22 boyz. Or i can put the 2 groups of tankbustas in the battlewagon and make 3 groups of boyz in trukks. But then i only have 1 group og tankbustas :s
choises choise, i will check about the looted wagon first

Firstly Sir. your comment is rubbish and has no content or context. If you explained yourself we might be able to understand you and whatever the hell your trying to say.
Secondly, the op CANT use a gun wagon instead of battle wagon as it only has 10 capacity.
Thirdly, kmks are fething amazing. I went to a tournament today and yesterday, they made their points back double in every game bar 1 and help hold objectives. not to mention they are the only half reliable ap2 that isnt melee and strength freaking 8!!
Fourthly, what the hell kind of comments are you making in that last remark? are those questions or are you talking to yourself? I mean, "dont bother boys"?? ..... are you even an ork player or some kind of panzy eldar?
Fifthly, you dont need a KFF in every list, you dont always need it as cover often provides better saves and not many things that can pen armour are also ignores cover anyway.
Please write something useful.

ok, ill go through bit by bit.
your HQ choice is solid. cant go wrong with the boss in armour lucky stick, great choice, no useless wargear attached for no reason, fab!
However, putting the warboss with the manz and pain boy may not be the best choice; if that squad comes against ap2 then they are screwed. if the manz can do the same job as the warboss with their klaws, so having the warboss elsewhere could be more helpful, such as in the battle wagon with the boyz unit (mix and match armour saves with lucky stick so boss can tank for all the boyz.
your manz are a nice choice, however, if able to use forge world, i suggest you dont give them a truck (although you can) and you give them a gun wagon in a heavy slot instead. this will give them much more protection as you dont want your truck to die turn 1 and have your guys not do anything for the rest of the game. pay for the 30 pt upgrade by ditching a mega nob, bringing the squad size to 3 and give 2 of them kombi skorchas (SO GOOD). although I know you dont have space in heavy slots, so perhaps just have a squad of 3 kmks, but dont have to.
2 squads of 5 tank bustas in trucks is fine, but as another option, similar to the manz, you could combine the two squads to a squad of 10 and stick them in a gun wagon as it will keep them alive for much longer, just an option I would personally use rather that a flat upgrade. again with the lack of heavy as above.
I have used units of slogging 20 boyz before and they can act as a good second wave after your vehicles hit, but if you can get them to the enemy at the same time then they will be abe to do more damage. for this reason, you could swap them out for anything that could keep up with the vehicles, but this doesnt striktly matter as they could perform well.
SMALL TIP: start the pain boy in the boy squad next to whatever vehicle you want him to be in at the start of the game to give the boyz feel no pain from enemy shooting attacks turn 1 and then get him to hop into the wagon on your turn and drive off as normal
I think increasing the shoota squad to 15 - 17 and having no killkannon on the wagon, putting the boss and pain boy in this squad could be more useful because you get more attacks and more models feel no pain, and the warboss can look out sir ap2 onto a boy (who cares) rather than a meganob, and take every other shot with his 2+ re roll and feel no pain!
gretchen are good to hold an objective so that your pricey units can get to grips with the enemy,, if you have 5 points spare (or take out a bomb squig) a squig hound could win games, as it has many a time for me
2 single koptas could be fine and will get objectives fine, so fair enough if you want to use them
wagon is good with ram, just not sure about kill kannon. It is amazing vs space marines and 3+ armour, and if you want to use the wagon as a fire base then fair enough. But if you want to use the warboss with them then the wagon will want to move its max to go forward and wont eve be able to fire the kannon, so a couple of rokkits will help keep the weapon destroyed result immobilising the vehicle.
kmks are great and will do well! good to see ammo grots, not sure you will need gretchen if you have 2 of these squads camping at the back on objectives but fair enough if you want them just in case
One more thing I would say is that it helps if orks tend to go mostly shooty or mostly melee as a combination of the both can often result in neither being that effective due to the lach in weight of dice on the oponents units. if all your guys surge forward and assault turn 2 it would be better if there wasnt too much being held back such as the shootas in the wagon that you have.
HAVING SAID ALL OF THE ABOVE, I think your list is actually very good and will do well in maelstrom! you will eventually try different things and find what works for you, but I beg you, just TRY the gun wagon rules. TRY the boss in a boy squad. TRY the flamers on manz. because onece I did those things, I havent been able to go back to trucks. my boss is always with boyz and the manz always have flamers because they are fabulous!

It's a little taller than a trukk but if anything that benefits your opponent slightly. (It's probably not going to affect the game in the slightest, but it could be the selling point for an indecisive opponent if your hustle is strong.  ) If not and you have to stick with 4 trukks, try this: The tankbustas are 200 points with trukks and no bomb squigs. You could take a unit of 9 for 117 points to stick in the wagon. Ditch the shoota boyz for a slugga squad in a trukk with the nob w/ pk bp and a ram on the trukk. Ditch 3 of the ammo grots, and you have enough points to afford an extra KMK in each squad. (Better than a re roll right?) Tiny titan has good advice, he has a much different play style to mine but he has lots of good ideas. Let me just say though, in my opinion the wagons are an inferior transport. If you're looking to get boyz into combat, the trukk has the speed to do it. 110 points for a slow transport seems like a total waste, and moving flat out restricts your firing options. Where he recommends choosing either shooting or melee (and I do see his point. He's not totally wrong.) mathematically the shoota and the choppa more or less even out for wound potential. (The shoota is going to cause about 400% more Ws due to range and rate of fire over a slugga, and the choppa+slugga makes you 50% more killy in CC. Both get Furious assault regardless and have 2 attacks base profile.) Meanwhile, I would apply his reasoning to trukk boyz vs footsloggers. You're better off taking one or the other because to me, mixing them is basically deciding to feed them piecemeal to the enemy, allowing them to focus fire. It's like a GK player who only gets a squad a turn in on his deepstrikes. They don't stand a chance individually. I also hate footsloggers whenever I end up playing Tau, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Tyranid FMCs, Flying Daemons, Mechanized AM, or Ravenwing. Your footsloggers will never reach CC. If you are going to go footslogger, give your boyz shootas.

I'm allowed to take the looted wagon as a trukk so Yay, i will update my list to that... Automatically Appended Next Post: so i got 5 spare point, used them to gave my painboy a grot so he can reroll his FNP save (he's most likley to need it).
Only consern i have if the deffkopta's i ditched. I really like them cuz they can move 36 inc if they move flat out, esy for a quick objective or a cuick linebreaker..
do you think i need those (maby witch 1 or 2 KMK's for 1 or 2 kopta's?
or you think i will do fine grabbing objectives with hordes of boyz and trukks?
