Guarded Grey Knight Terminator

Hello,
Bringing my guard back off the shelf and want to start putting them back into action. Reading through the new formations they got with the Cadian battle group, I am going to try out a new list. I don't really care for the over arching rules for the battle group so I am going to just pick an choose a few formations from within the group. I want to play under 1850, and I really like Armored Sentinels... don't judge me!

Emperor's Fist Armored Company

Tank Commander
Punisher - Pask - heavy bolter sponsons
Executioner - Plasma sponsons

Exterminator - lascannon

Eradicator - stock

Battle Tank - stock

Enginseer

Emperor's Blade Assault Company

Company Command Squad - Chimera - Vox - Officer of the Fleet

Veteran Squad - Chimera - 2x Melta - Vox

Veteran Squad - Chimera - 2x Melta - Vox

Veteran Squad - Chimera - 2x Melta - Vox

Hellhound - Stock

Emperor's Talon Recon Company

Armored Sentinel Squadron w/ Plasma Cannons

Armored Sentinel Squadron w/ Multi Lasers

Done a couple trial runs with is so far and I like it so far.
Looking to tweak it, Ok dakka. pick it apart. I know not all the models are optimized, but I was trying to keep some of the costs down on some of the tanks and not over equip the guardsmen... only really ended up spending big on the pask squad. If you are going to talk about allies, be sure that it is fluffy with the Inquisition. I have models from there I could pull in as well.

Done two trial runs with it so far.
Had a narrow (1 point) win against a white scar battle company and a crushing victory against a grey knight list. How can I make this better? I would like to go to an ITC here in about 2 months and want a guard list to get a little higher up in the rankings from what I've been seeing with them lately. But I also want to have fun
