I am working on blood axe vehisles, but I can't find any pictures of them to work off of. I know that they themselves have camo and some black and white checker patterns, but other than that I have month idea.

There are tons of images on Google Images with many different color schemes. Check them out!

Not sure where you get checker patterns from? I'd leave those out and give them to the Goffs.
You should just be looking at crudely done imperial schemes. The really high contrast/dazzle camo schemes from the early ig books are a good place to start, ensure that each vehicle has different camo too as the orks are likely to copy it but not understand the reason for it.
Give them an orky twist and some classic iconography and you'll be gold.
They love human stuff so important fings like chevrons, hazard stripes should probably be overused as they look very official.

Yeah, the original fluff concept was that Blood Axes thought imperial camo was some sort of lucky/symbolic/mystical pattern - it never occurred to them that camo made it harder for an enemy to see you, coz why would an ork not want to be seen?

This explained why some Blood Axes and their vehicles would copy Imperial camo patterns but often in bright colours to stand out more on the battlefield

No doubt some Blood Axes do think this way, but others (e.g. Kommandoes) seem to perfectly well understand the combat benefit of staying unseen until the right moment.

I agree with Alex re checker patterns - they're for Goffs.
