Hey guys so long story short, im painting an army i need to base in ushabti bone, im not really a fan of laying on ushabti bone via brush since it takes for ever to do, i miss stuff, and its uneaven.
I originally ordered Vellejo game air bone white, because the conversion chart here said that was the right color, turns out, thats wrong, its actual screaming skull.
So i ended up doing to super sluthing and found out the actual color i need is a color called skeleton bone.
Managed to find it, but, my only qualm is, its "Vallejo Game Air Skeleton Bone Surface Primer Paint"
Its a polyurethane acrylic, so my question to you is this, since i have never used vellejo primer before.
Will this act any differently though my airbrush, can i just paint over an already primed model with this, and will it effect the paint at all. Additionally, does anyone know if this is a matt finish?
THanks again guys really hope to hear back soon.

I've just this evening been using other colors from this range for the first time, but I've been using the black, white and grey for ages.
It'll airbrush just fine, likely without thinning. It's a primer, so it's designed to adhere to unpainted surfaces, but it will cover a painted mini just fine (with the usual caveats about not laying it on too thick) it is very matt, as it is suppose to provide a key for other paint to stick to, and as a consequence is microscopically rough and doesn't provide the smooth surface needed to get a gloss shine.

Awesome thank you for the quick reply, i have been useing some of their other game air paints, reds, yellows, whites, and such needed for fire, i have a legion of the damned army so flames on tanks is nice.
I just picked up a death wing army and wanted a better way to apply the base coat rather then brushing it on.
So the Game air primer should act just the same as the game air? Even if applied to an already primed model using GW primer?

I've used Skeleton Bone primer just 2 days ago for some skeleton and skull parts on a base. Airbrushes and covers nicely, works well with Agrax Earthshade or any brown ink.
And yes, you can easily cover over any acrylic paint. Of course I'd recommend stripping the paint if the layers are too thick.

Flush with water before using any cleaning fluid. The primers will dirty your airbrush a bit more than regular paint. I find an Ultrasonic cleaner with a mix of water and windscreen wash is great.

Awesome! Good to know, this will just be going over an already primed model with GW primer, but the flushing with water is good to know.
