If you have your own table lets see it, I like getting new ideas from people that have some awesome ideas! Maybe list some of the materials you used to build it or if it has something special about it, dont forget to mention it.

A new day, a new time zone.

I built my own folding 6'x4' table with collapsable legs, and 2 2'x6' extensions to make it apocaypse sized.

It was a lot of fun to build, but materials alone put it a about 4x the cost of just buying 2 folding 6'x2'

Nothing fancy. 4x8, made with 2x4s and 4x4s, thick sheet of plywood on top. Picked it up when a FLGS was closing it’s doors.

No sir I am not renting my kitchen table at the moment. I am a proud owner of it. I even own a smaller table to place beer bottles on while I am writing this.

I'll be honest, the absolutely sick backdrop is at odds with the table that looks to be lightly drybrushed pressed wood.

Might as well post some of the bookshelves, we just started gaming about 2 years ago and have a huge collection, and this isn't even half of it lol, LOTR, KOW, and AOS and 40K armies, like I said, a lot of it is in the painting room of the house but it gives you an idea of how insane we are!

The *second* game room?! Well, I'll see you after dinner in the east wing, then!

I love the very uniform buildings you have for your table in such large amounts, but a dab of paint wouldn't hurt them

Yes, we also have a paint room for after dinner! And yea, we actually were given a lot of the terrain about 3 weeks ago, so it will be on the paint table soon enough! We have another full set of painted terrain for our AOS games on a grass field, about 4 painted citadel woods, a bunch of other painted trees and rock formations. I see a mega thread in the making after the kiddos go to sleep!

East wing comment was hilarious btw, gave us a good laugh =)

It's a work in progress. It's 8x4, trenches carved in, with a cover for city and "flat lands" games.

I have a modular cityscape DIY table made of 2'x4' mdf boards. Painted roads on it as well with sponged on stripes, it's pretty good. Wish I had pics of it with all my painted terrain and such on it. I'll snap some sometime.

I have a generic 6x4, made with thick plywood as a top 2x4s for the framework and long 4x4 legs...its about 3 1/2 tall.( doggie proof) I stopped by a fabric store and grabbed some generic brown fabric to cover the playing surface and attached it via staples underneath, havent got around to paint the fabric but its on the to do list. Its a really solid table that took me less than 2 hours to buy materials and assemble for less than 50 USD...Im pretty proud of it.

You should get a gamemat. Easiest way to make a fine enough table into an actual gaming table. And it makes rolling dice nicer, and models that tip over do so on a soft surface. Hell, even moving models around is nicer on a gamemat.
