I was refreshing myself on the tankshock/ram rules today and I noticed something...

I can't find anything to say the +1 strength bonus for being a tank doesn't stack with the +2 strength bonus for being super/heavy.

Have I overlooked something? Is a heavy tank really at +3 str for being heavy and a tank?
