I found 2 people who are will to help me test the Unending host b4 i fully commit and buy the $100 codex from forge world and finally swapping out all my trades for cultists and meltaguns.
What works better?
4 Platoons with 15 men each or 3 platoons with 20 men each and 1 veteran squad?
Special gear of chaos sigil, command net vox, meltaguns, flamers, plasma guns, grenade launchers per five men. So 15÷5=3 and 20÷5=4
Moral check due to Shooting casualty 25% of 15 = 3.75 vs 25% of 20=5

15 man size squads is better. One of the counters to Unending Host is to not actually wipe out the unit and just shoot it down to very few models so that they cease to be useful but will never recycle and become useful again. Having smaller squads make it harder to do so and not wipe out the unit. Plus more units the better Also you may want to not bother with ld fixing from Chaos Net Vox and try and get your units to run off the board so that they recycle instead of just being stuck on the board with too few models and be a threat. Also never go vets. You spend 5 more points to lose 5 guys and gain a bunch of rules you'll never use. If you need to fill compulsory troop slots use mutants. Or even better spend the 10 points for Covenant of Nurgle on your warlord and takle Plague Zombies so they have Fearless and 4+ FNP.

I've got to agree, veterans aren't a good choice, and plague zombies are friggin' zombies in the 40k universe with a better-than-average FnP and FEARLESS.
About the squad size, I'd go with 15 man squads as well, you almost want them to run off the board so that they can infiltrate with a trio of melta guns next turn.
Hope this helps, good luck!

The armies that I collect:
- Tyranids, 2,000 pts.
- Orks, 1,250 pts.
- Tau, 750 pts.
- Guard (PDF), 750 pts.
(Yes I have a thing for horde armies to some extent) |

Yeah, veterans are a lie. Renegade vets are WS+1 instead of BS +1, so its kind of pointless when you think about it. Plus they cost an arm and a leg, and they wont recycle.
I agree with CrownAxe on all points. Zombies are, in my eyes, the best troop choice in the game. They will be your "elite" infantry, as compared to your normal troops, they will be able to take seriously heavy damage, and tie up death stars for several turns.
The only time I go larger than 15 man squads is when I include heavy weapons teams, and I only do that when I have a champion of Tzeentch, which would require a second CAD from IA:13, which would need a second $100 book.
If you have the Chaos sigil, the only use for a vox caster is for countering stuff like psychic shriek, but your infantry is so cheap, and recycles with outflank, that it wont matter outside kill point games. So ditch those suckers and bring more specialist weapons!
Remember, Chaos sigil is optional. You may want to get swept in combat, or fail a moral test and run off the table so you can go into reserves and pop up in your enemies deployment zone. Always bring them, but choose when you auto pass.
Also, I would make tokens for leadership values or something. Youll need them.

It appears that minimum 15 men squad is the way to go.

ive done 15 with 2 meltas, a vox, krak grendaes and a melta bomb on the sarge to make them good all rounders. This and I have taken ONLY the platoon squads and the prerequisite HQ to field a massive amount of men who can pretty much kill anything on the table or at least bog it down.
