Hello! I have a league match playing with Dark Eldar against Space Wolves and Necrons (or Demons) and as a new player and new person on the forums, asking for advice on my list sounds like a pretty solid Idea! I can't easily access my list right now, so I can't list the points for my CCS and Veteran squads, as I am mostly going from memory.

The 'fluff' of the 152nd Cadian Deserters
'The 152nd Cadian were deployed on a seemingly 'abandoned' world after getting distress signals from the local PDFs. When the 152nd arrived, all the found was abandoned gun platforms and the corpses of hundreds of guardsmen. The unit was detached into 'sub-formations' lead by a captain, Captain Joseph Conrad took one hundred guardsmen, some artillery support, and a very meager detachment of heavy armor, and was also given control of a squad of Vulture gunships as air support. The 56th Cadian 'White Stripes' and 3rd Cadian 'Heatbringers' were two of the notable Squads taken from Colonel Warths command and sent along with Captain Conrad, and Demolisher call sign 'Warden' as well as the 'Cronus' Basilisk, both crews known for their calm under fire and deadly accuracy, were also sent along so they may provide support.
Soon after, however, Captain Conrad was 'contacted' by a mysterious force in his mind, and corrupted by the Dark Eldar. He had his two Commissars killed and announced to the Colonel he was taking command of his sub-unit ENTIRELY and called The Colonel many... Rude things. The camp was then bombed and the Captain along with whoever he could muster to escape ran to where the Dark Eldar told him to, but were cut off by A combined force of Necrons (Or demons) and traitor Space wolves for reasons unknown to the guardsmen. The Dark Eldar quickly came to the 'aid' of their new allies, and sent what they could while dealing with their own defenses. At the start of the battle, the Captain sent an order to his air support for assistance, but only two broke off from their formation and responded. "Blade 1-2 and Blade 1-3'"
And then, the battle began.
