As the title says i need assistance making a effective yet fluffy list. Any input would be appreciated so far i have thought about lysander with 5 th ss terminators in crusader along with some vindicators maybe the formation.What would be the best way to do the troops mounted on foot max or minimum and are centurions any good any advice would be helpful thank you

Depends on the points and what you envision for your army.

It sounds like you want a mechanized list. At lower points, go with a CAD. 2 Tac squads in rhinos, your big box of pain, extra tanks for flavor.

If you want a little backfield support, Dev squads and TFCs fill that role nicely, and are fluffy in a siege list.

As points go up, break parts off into their respective formations by adding the units to make them. I think the end-game total would be something like 2-2.5k points, and be a Gladius with a demi-co, a 1st co TF, and an Armored TF.

But there are a lot of ways to make it work. Do you want some drop pod support? Jump troops? Scouts?
