Hi all,

I'm recently in the mood to sort out my miniatures collection and atalogue what I have, but one of the things I want to do now is also arrange storage and transport for them, beyond "in a box in the cabinet". To that end, I'm wondering if anyone would have suggestions on what magnets I should get. I'm thinking the cheapest option for multiple hundreds of figures is stackable plastic storage crates with metal sheet lining.

I'm looking for recommendations for the various type of square and circular GW bases, as well as lipped bases ala warmachine etc, and I've also got some Infinity models, but I don't know what they use. I also have some models on bases with flat bottoms, and I'm not sure what my best bet on those is - whether to glue cut magnetic sheet onto the bottoms, or glue metal sheet to the bottoms and magnets onto storage trays.

I've got a variety of resin, plastic and metal figures, so I need magnets that are wide enough to hold them for light transport - moving a box of minis in the car to have a game at a friend's place, etc.

Thanks for any advice!
