List is as follows:

Kor'Sarro Khan 150pts

Chaplain - Bike + Hunter's eye 130pts

6x 5 man tac w/grav cannon, combi-grav, (Rhino w/dozer) 720pts

2x 3 man bike squad w/2 meltaguns, combi-melta 186pts

2x 5man Devastator squad w/ 2 grav cannons (Rhino w/dozer) 290

5 man command squad w/bikes, apothacary, 5x melta, 2x storm shields 240pts

10th company task force (3x 5 man scout squad) 165pts.

I think this list come out at 1851, so what would people reccomend cutting?

The 2nd list would give me 89pts to spend on something else, unsure what.

Also unsure of what free transport to give the command squad.

I'd like this list to be as competitive as possible, especially against necrons, tau and other marines.

if you are doing five man squads, why not do Razorbacks?
