I am curious as to what army people generally see "TFG" playing in their local areas, I have set the poll so that you can select MULTIPLE choices.


SIDE NOTE: I completely forgot a lot of armies so I went to GW's website to refresh my memory and do you know what really struck me as odd? There are a total of 10 factions on GW's website that are not "Imperium of Man". Orks, Tyranids, Eldar, DE, Harlequins, Necrons, Tau, CSM, Demons, and KDK which is basically a subset of Demons so really only 9. On the flipside there are 13!!!!! Imperial factions to choose from, holy crap.

You do realize that breaking down some factions but not others can mess with your poll's results? For Instance, Space Marines, Imp Fists, Black Templar and White Scars all come from a single codex. Why not break down FSE & Tau, Slaneesh\Khorne\Nurgle & Tzeentch Daemons\CSM?

Blood Angels, imperial guard, chaos space marines, anything that it's players do nothing but complain about their dex and others. That's a TFG army, because they do nothing but complain and call others TFG for simply liking an army, and playing it

Multiple. I have militarum Tempestus, grey Knights, inquisition, dark eldar, harlequins, eldar, and imperial Knights.

Not overly no, Slaanesh, Khorne, Nurgle and tzeentch have 1 codex between them KDK has its own as well though, but basically they share the same codex. True a lot of different SM chapters share the same codex but meh, it doesn't effect the poll that much at all.

On another note, thank you to the 1-2 people who felt like being TFG and Christmas treeing the poll.

What does the bolded term mean? I haven't heard that term used like that before.

I'm curious to know (from the couple of people that voted for them) what TFG's who played Black Templars were like?

But yeah, Tau and Eldar for me. Too many people get way too cocky and fun-suckers when playing these armies. Plus playing against them (from what I've seen and personally playing games against them) seems to be pretty one sided, especially if you're playing Eternal War instead of Maelstrom.

Really? For me it's those damn Ork players that are TFG around here. Having fun with their army, enjoying the hobby aspect of the game, embracing the character of the army itself. How dare they try and have fun while I shoot them off the table with my Tau!?

TFG plays whatever army GW has arbitrarily decided will defy all the fluff that everyone claims to like and lay waste to all opposition with no effort.
