Can a Lord of Skulls Thunderblitz while locked in combat with a unit? I know he has a ton of weird rules anyways being a walker that can thunderblitz, but I know tanks can tank shock models that had assaulted and failed to kill them that turn, can a lord of skulls do the same?

Thunderblittz, like Ramming, is instead of moving normally. You cannot move while locked in combat
