finishing up some models, and I was wondering between Imperial Fists, Iron Hands, and Black Templar:
1) Who makes the most use of Scout Bikes?
2) Who has the most contact with the Tau Empire?

Iron Hands I know fought in the Damocles Gulf Campaign, I'm gonna guess they've fought the Tau the most.

none of those chapters strikes me as likely to make heavier use of scout bikes then the norm.

if i'm not mistaken, Ultramarines fight tau rather frequently and use a lot of scouts

White scars and ravenguard have their beef with Tau as well.

Black Templars fought Tau on Nimbosa, at least

Raven Guard and White Scars have fought the Tau, and Raven Guard use a lot of scouts, and White Scars love their bikes.

If you had to pick out of the three you listed, I would say Black Templars, if you wanted scout bikes.
