So a bit of back story frist. My main army is Black Templars and I bought the get started with AM box to ally with my Templars, adding a command, some more guardsmen, two more leman Russ. I also have a death guard army that's been a pet project of mine for a couple years but I have not fielded it in over a year. I did not know of the renegades army until after I had bought all the Astra militarum stuff. Now I'm thinking I'd use the servants of decay army list to make use of the Astra militarum and the death guard forces. The thought I keep having is if I didn't play the death guard already what's the chance I'll just shelf his force after a bit too.
I'm looking for any kind of advice in deciding which to choose.

The servents of decay list is outdated. The two current Renegade lists are i IA:13 and IA:Vraks 2E

I would like to add, IA: 5,6,7 where replaced by IA: Vraks 2E in 2015. The cover of IA: 6 is nearly identical except for the words in white that clearly written Volume 6 part 2. Do no make the same mistake I did buying IA: 6 part 2. Make sure you are getting the IA: Siege of Vraks 2E 2015 not IA:6 part 2.
