So, with the new Crimson Slaughter supplement coming out we get a cool formation that allows a Chaos Lord to become a Lvl 1 Psyker, yay us! In it, it states he always knows Divination's Prescience power. This raises two questions;
1) Does he still roll as if he's a Mastery Lvl 1 Psyker, seeing as how all Chaos Psykers can use Daemonology, and
2) If he has a Mark of a Chaos God, does he still gain their Primaris power? What if he has the Mark of Khorne?

If youre told you alway sknow x, y, z, you do not roll
If he has mark of chaos then he would get chaos psychic focus. Finally a use for it...

Shame there's no psychic focus of khorne..

Still, free power for the other Marks is nice
