Just wondering if the Skull Cannon in the Khorne Daemonkin codex can actually shoot it's Heavy blast weapon after being either summoned or deep striking. This is confusing because it is a riderless chariot, and the BRB isn't exactly clear on whether the chariot itself is Relentless.

I'm pretty sure all vehicles are Relentless. I don't have my BRB in front of me right now, so I'm not 100% sure. I've always played it like it can shoot immediately though. Skull Cannons are my favorite thing to summon with KDK!

The confusing part is that under the chariot section, it specifically states that the rider has Relentless, but doesn't mean the chariot itself. It does mention the chariot having Hammer of Wrath, but no other USRs.

The chariot is a vehicle. All vehicles have relentless. Just use the CCB as an example. It moves and shoots its heavy weapons all the time.
