Me likey, but why not add some Wyverns? I think a Squadron of 2 or maybe even 3 would be fantastic!

Personally I would split the medusa artillery up and bump their crew. That way you can shoot different targets if you annihilate with the first shot. Not sure how just 10 zombies would do on their own. So you could drop one of those.

I also highy suggest breacher shells. The 48" range is great, small blast, yes, but armorbane also ensures a penetrating hit on pretty much everything in the game. Plus you will be able to get first turn shots on land raiders and the like.

I personally prefer Rapier Laser Destroyers over Medusa guns because of the huge difference in price. Medusas are great for doubling out Centurions and IH bikers relying on FnP though, so I guess it depends on what you expect to be facing.

Very solid list overall.

I considered wyverns but the large blast s10 ap2 ordnance really gives me options against multiple targets.

Detachment restrictions: max 1 fa heavy and elite.. min 4 troops
The breacher shells are nice but im only bs2 and like them more for instant killing t5 rather then vehicles as i have 8 lascannons.

Im worried about not being able to deal with numbers and i already have 8 lascannons and 6 melta. Not too worried about more vehicles. Not to mention my laser destroyers arent completed yet. Lol

Yeah I guess you're right about the lascannons, im just a huge fan of the Twin-linked and ordnance on the laser destroyers. I brought two medusa guns to a recent tournament myself and they performed very well.

Im sure you would be fine with me forgetting it... sad part is Im only bringing it to help me counter one army... I have no desire to face an ordnance tyrant.

We will see how they perform... was tempted to bring my wyverns to the fight as they are so good with barrage and ignores cover but i spent the time converting the carriages so I plan on running the damn things...

BTW @ Thread... for the sake of my sanity I will be doing this report as a Video report via youtube. Kind of like some of my previous reports from last year. I have to do this or I would start to mix and match information from Adepticon games and Flying Monkey games.

Did you consider a bombard to help dig out Tau and deal with GhostKeels?

Words of wisdom by Prophet40k

That game put my faith in Khorne to the test. My table-neighbor looked at the match up and said "Here you're going to need these more than I will" and handed me a bag of Jello shots. They must have pleased Khorne because I walked out 11-2.

Now looking at another list with MORE tyrants and MORE mawlocks, I said to myself. "Oh well looks like it's time for another beer. It'll take the sting out of this. LOL"
