Plan is to camp objectives with the Demi-Company, have Ravenwing arrive turn 2, and Deathwing arrive turn 3. Ravenwing outflank and hit whatever needs hitting or backfield objectives. Deathwing arrive near the Ravenwing.

Tactical Marines really need transports to realize their value. Otherwise you should just use Scouts in a CAD.

I don't remember the points out of the top of my head but perhaps trading in two Tac Squads for two scouts and adding a Razorback (if possible) to the remaining one would prove interesting.

In my experience, the Lion's Blade is good, where Deathwing is not so good. Too much AP2 out there for them to be as survivable as they once were.

I've stopped using my Deathwing entirely, unless I have Knights for some reason. I prefer to run double demi-companies for the points, as then you get free transports all around. This gives me the freedom to either take Razorbacks, or Drop Pods as I see fit.

Choosing plasma may be a personal choice, but I like to take grav when possible. I just really hate my own marines dying to "gets hot" so I avoid it when possible. It's also pretty useful against vehicles, as I find the auto-immobilization on a glance to be handy. But that is more of a preference thing.
