Has anyone heard of this or played it? I've got a ton of Chaos Space Marine and Daemons models but no inclination to spend hundreds of hours building and painting them, and I cannot afford to spend millions on new models to plug the gaps.

Does anyone play vassal? Is it any good? And if so, would someone be prepared to teach me how to play 40k via vassal 40k?

Yeah I play, well have played. It can work pretty well. although with the recent updates in rules and models, vassal hasnt exactly kept up to date on everything. So there may be the need for some proxying, but not much.

I would be up to teach a new player, but am rather limited in timeframe and when we could play. Im on Central Standard Time, CST in the US. and could only play in the evenings after 9.
