So I'm thinking of starting up a small Slaneesh daemon army for fun, and want to put in the Masque of Slaneesh. However, the model for her looks more like an angry 40 yr old purple women than an exotic dancer of death in my opinion, so I was thinking maybe I could buy the Masque of slaneesh and a harlequin to do some conversion. I'm not sure on which model I should use yet though. The Solitaire might have worked but it's obvious from the build of the model that it's a male, so maybe the shadowseer instead. Or I could just buy a box of normal Harlequins and use one of them. I'm wondering which option is the best to go with, or if maybe there are models better than harlequins in the first place.

I have never done conversion before outside of sticking spikes on space marine vehicles, but I was thinking of replacing the arms of whatever harlequin I got with the arms of the Masque, as well as find a place for the third arm to go, and maybe try and get the head or at least face of the Masque onto the Harlequin. How easy this would be though I'm not sure, as I dont know what parts of the Masque come separated.

So, is this worth giving a shot?

Thanks.

How easy it will be depends on how much experiance sculpting and converting you have and what tools you have available.
If I was you and using sculpting I would use demonette or dark eldar parts and sculpt the body myself, since I find anatomy easy enough.
Just using converting chopping off parts from the demonette kits and harlequin models could work but if you want to know how it will look before committing to purchase maybe download gimp or a simillar image manipulator, grab pictures of the spruces or models and splice them together seeing if they fit together .

I just realised a dark eldar succubus would probably work quite well as well. I cant really sculpt at all though haha.
