I picked up a headhunter expansion recently, and literally the first time I want to slot it onto the base, the little socket on the ship (the part that connects the ship to the peg) came away from the ship. I tried to glue it back, but soon after it split completely. I think there must have been some kind of defect or damage, I have lots of ships and this has never happened before, and I was very gentle with it.

What are FF like with replacements? I've only had it a few days...

I haven't had to deal with them myself, but from what I've heard they're pretty good about replacing defective stuff. You'll probably get a replacement if you explain what happened.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I've had two completely different experiences. I had a missing lower turret on a HWK and the model was replaced within a week, while it took them almost two months and multiple e-mails to replace a Z-95 (one from the scum set) that came with broken off wing cannons.

Service has been really slow since Asmodee took over, but have never heard anything bad otherwise. Send them through the photo and they will sort you out eventually.

I was out a plastic rivet for my dial and it took about 6 weeks to get it, but I did in the end. The weird part is, I got confirmation within a day, and then 3 days later they told me my claim was accepted and a new part would be issued by week's end.
