Is 6 sets of 12 Strength6 ap3 rending shots any good? Combined witb 5 lascannon hwt?

Or is it better for me to max out meltaguns (27) and str D melee (12)?

I think the mass rending shots is really good! but how are you going to get the extra gatling cannons? I believe the box only comes with 1 or 2?

ay lmao, I just saw a Riptide spam list put my army to shame. It has 160 Str6 shots compared to my 72. At least i can possibly rend.

Its on here. Id rather have 72 str 6 ap 3 (compared to ap 4) rending shots on a solid platform without the chance of not getting the 12 shots from the HBC.

So as for the list, im concerned about the rest of the list surrounding the knights. Blobs of the passed never really played well with knights as they simply got in the way. I think the best way to play Knights is to perhaps take something which compliments them. Currently the knights possess mass firepower at potentially 6 different targets which is also anti-armour thanks to rending, and also stomp for combat.

Perhaps some psychic support in the form of the new cabal sorceror conclave sitting in Khorne dogs or something? If you want renegads, perhaps a load of artilery to give you some barrage for pesky units hidden away?

There are a few problems with the triple riptide wing. It's one of those lists that looks great on paper, but I expect would have a lot of problems in production.

I also agree that the horde approach is not ideal. I was thinking of fateweaver and two squads of horrors with the 3 knights.

ok, I will consider the daemons for psychic but I really want to use the horde.

Which Knights would work well with hordes? I was avoiding blast weapons.

Dual Avenger Gatling Cannons (Gat-Knights?) seem do be good at everything.

According to the Forsworn rule sheet they cant get daemon of K,N, S, T. So no grimoire.

Also each Duo Gat Knight is 435pts and can be one shot by D weapons.

I am hesitant to pour all my points in.

What if i took 2 and bolster my Unending Host? I have the 200 cultists.

Would this list be more versatile and flexible?
I borrowed heavily from Tomb King.
