Hi,

I came upon a box of WFB ogres and i was wondering if anyone made anything orky with them.

Ogres are really simple to convert into orks / orcs, just slab a suitably sized (so nob or warboss sized) head onto them and call it a day. They're big, muscly, fat orks / orcs.

Trading weapons is equally simple. Snip a club and glue a big shoota in its place, cut off a fist and attach a powerklaw, ect ect. Really it's only as difficult as you make it.

Ogre posture and body shape isn't very orky. Maybe ok to represent one unusually flabby ork warboss, but more than one could look odd IMHO.

Personally I'd use them as Ogryns who've allied with orks (or are ork slaves), counting as either killa kanz (perhaps with grot pilots riding on their backs) or as mek gunz (with grots crew helping to reload).
