Let me get this straight: regarding The Talon Strike Force - if I use this Detachment, I can't take any other formations if I want the Command Benefits this organization grants me.
But I could take a Pinion Battle Demi Company and any other formations I choose, but I just won't get the Command Benefits of the Talon.

I'm trying to get a Librarius Conclave into my army, but I'm wondering if it's worth losing the Talon command benefits.
My actual intentions with the Conclave is to use them separately, as additions to certain units, like putting them in a vanguard squad or such that is in the Talon Strike Force (don't care much about the Conclave bonus). But if I do this, won't I lose the benefits the Talon grants me, even if the Conclave has the same chapter tactics as the main Talon Strike Force?

You get the Command Benefits so long as you army is Battleforged. This just means that all units in your army need to be in a detachment. Any detachment, not necessarily one detachment. This means that yes. You can take a Librarius Conclave alongside a Talon Strike Force and still receive the Command Benefits. Note, however that the Conclave wouldn't gain the benefits of those Command Benefits unless that benefit specifically states that it affects units outside the detachment ("any friendly unit", etc.),
