Thinking of running this four an upcoming tourney, I ran it before and it did well enough. Mutants are decent tarpits and good for objective holding. Enforcers help with the potential LD issues and add a good number of attacks with the Combat Drug Injectors. The Command Squad can either wind up as just another objective camper, or as it's done before a nasty surprise if it gets the mutation that grants outflank. The two tanks are good for shredding light to heavy infantry and being Leman Russes are hardy. And the Baneblade... is a Baneblade and steamrolls over whatever is in the path. Vehicles, infantry, MCs, whatever stands before it will (usually) fall.
