Why is Kharn not in the newest codex? He's one of my favorite characters and I wanted to build a list around him. The fact that he isn't in there is extremely disappointing to me and makes no sense. Can anyone fill me in as to why he isn't included?

It does suck. There are fluff reasons , but they aren't very good ones.
He's pretty easy to ally in.

Not as stupid as Skarbrand; and there are various relics that are mentioned in the fluff texts but don't show up in the book...and then appear in Curse of the Wulfen, oddly.
