Fatey will not have a lot of dice to work with here. Hes got his base 4, plus the
d6 that you are rolling, so he will be working with ~7 dice per turn. While he can still do some cool stuff with those dice, he's not going to be completely wrecking face like he can with 12-15 dice.
This is what you are looking at casting
3 dice - Cursed Earth
2 dice - Bolt of Change
2 dice - Tzeentch’s Warpflare
Instead you will have enough to throw out one giant power like Prismatic Gaze. If Fatey has a bunch more dice to use, then he can really go crazy throwing out summon, incursion, prismatic gaze, etc every turn.

This really feels bolted on. The
CAD just does not synergize well with the incursion. Making a death star of crushers would be a better fit, or trading Karanak for some soulgrinders.
