2 Lists with slight variation, which do you think is better?

The crux of the list is Pedro with the Honor Guard who project a 12" bubble in which my army gets 2+ attacks. It really helps subpar units like assault marines, ccw scouts or (vanguard vets which i would put in a 2000 point list). i should hav enough anti-vehicle at 1500 points with drop pod melta and Devs with Lascannons with Tank Hunters.

Not looking for a power list, just somethign fluffy (no Tac Marines) that wont get tabled.

I like the list. With the new psychic powers, assualt as a Marine could make a big comeback. I was considering fitting some Assault Centurions into a similar list, to get even more buffs from Kantor and the Standard of the Emperor Ascendant.

Of course for me to use Assault Centurions I absolutely need one of those movement powers from the new marine list.

I'm really worried ITC will super nerf these new Marine rules. I feel like I can finally assault again and its going to be taken away from us. Anyway consider Assault Centurons with an Omniscope so Kantor can use his orbital bombardment while moving.

Also Kantor and his power fist have some draw backs, though he's better when paired with Centurions. I have a Captain Cortez model i was going to add a Grav Pistol too, so he can Concus enemies before charging, so they all strike at Initiative 1. My assaulty Crimson Fists army will pair Cortez, Kantor, Centurions and an Honor guard, probably a Demi-company

From what I understand, Sternguard really shoot Eldar to hell, so I suspect right now that version of the list with more Sternguard will perform better, but I'm interested in maxing the Punchy Sons of Dorn trait as well.
