Subject: Psykers embarked on a transport can they deny the witch?

Scene: 4 Eldar warlocks embarked on a raider(From DE). Tyranid shoots a witch fire at said transport, goes off. For the Deny the witch roll, does the transport get any bonuses to the roll? Or is it still 6+?

I don't want the best army, just one that isn't an exercise in picking up my models by turn 3.

If I had 100 + Drukhari kits all in plastic to choose from, or 100 + Sisters kits, I think I'd be more likely to be receptive to Space Marine player's complaints about anything.

Ah, ok. I just seems ridiculous that the psykers can't help in an open topped vehicle. After all, they can fire overwatch.
Eh, we blew it up and the Nids ate the planet. Such is grimdark.

Question is - can embarked Psyker attempt to Deny the Which using his Psychic Hood. Clearly he is within 12" from targetted transport?
Ok got it:
"If a model with a psychic hood is embarked in a vehicle or building, he can only use the hood to nullify powers targeting the vehicle or building he is embarked within."
- Psychic Hoods
So Psyker equipped with Psychic Hood can attempt to Deny the Which while embarked. Don't know if Eldar Warlock have one.

sadly not, for the warlocks denying, but yes for the hood. The rules state the same unit, and given that extra hits on the raider dont follow onto the warlock.
I'll admit that it's not fluffy, but lets not follow that white rabbit.

To clarify, Warlocks (nor any non SM (possibly IoM)) have Psychic Hoods. ldar would be even more broken if they had them.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.
