Which rule set do you use for himself and can he blast every single turn. Keep finding arguements about it from 2014 befpre the newest Grey Knights codex dropped and he was in there too.

The only book he is currently in is the inquisition codex.

Orbital strike relay tells you how many times it can be used.

Also, the rules in the =][= codex are the same as they were in the old GK book, so those discussions are still somewhat relevant.

Not exactly the same, that is why the old threads had arguments.

Orbital Strike Relay changed pretty significantly.

So it is only once per game then because my friend keeps telling me to take him so I can explode everything every turn. I've told him I would take him if it was more than once a game but he's so insistent that I can do it all day every day.

Yes that is correct.

Under current rules he can only be taken in the inquisition dex with the slightly less than laterally altered OSR(slow and purposeful/relentless allows move and fire, treated as assault weapon for charging, scatter normally, but only single use per game)

And yes; I do see a single use per game as making them slightly less usefull than everything they gain.

Karamazov's Orbital Strike Relay is not Once Per Game.

"Orbital Strike Relay - The bearer can call down an orbital strike in his Shooting Phase. This counts as firing a ranged weapon with one of the profiles below [Barrage Bomb, Lance Strike or Psyk-Out Bomb]. This does not prevent the Warlord and his unit from declaring a charge against the target that turn".

You might be getting confused with the "Burner of Worlds" Warlord Trait (which *is* Once Per Game), which is understandable since there is a copy/paste error in the Orbital Strike Relay rule referring to the Warlord.

I may have an out of date(illicit) copy of Inquisition then, because mine absolutely does have "once per game," before "the bearer".

That definitely does make the new one better than the old.

The version I have concurs with GB above - no "once per game"

Mine is the purchased enhanced edition, for reference

Yeah, I really couldn't justify the cost for a few rules changes and the loss of a special character.

There really wasn't anything added to the dex so I went all late nineties crummy albums on it.

I quite like having these "ancilliary" codexs electronically, saves weight.

If only I could get the heresy books electornically - even the red books add up in weight!
