You can make it bound with The Purge formation. Still won't be much fun though.

...mutilators are t4. Was it 2 wounds?
That is not impenetrable. Enough lasguns can cause you to fail a 2+ save. Also Grav just murders them.
They are expensive for their cost.
I would play the deep strike game for funsies.

My bad, I failed to say they have the mark of nurgle. Otherwise you could have 33 mutilators.

I fail to see how anyone could resist such a swift tidalwave of death.
If you can get permission, there is IIRC an apocalypse formation that lets you combine mutilator attacks into SD hits. Hulk Smash

The Apoc formation also needs Obliterators, they get option to make one special shooting attack (one of three is S: D) for three models instead of firing normal.
Mutilators get something else iirc, like Furious charge and bonus attacks.

This reminds me of my Obliterator cult army. Unbound with as many 1 man units of Obliterators as I could take in pts allotments.
It's fun to play one or twice but like any army where you spam one unit it gets a little boring.
My only real recommendation is proxy it, that's a lot of money to drop on Mutilators...

As suggested you could make this list bound if you wanted by using The Purge formation. Requires 1 HQ and 2 Elites. Gives up to 6 total Elites choices. So if you run sorcerers in each of them you could do:
Detachment 1: The Purge (CSM)
HQ: Sorcerer - ML3 + Meltabombs
6x Mutliators with Mark of Nurgle
Detachment 2: The Purge (CSM)
HQ: Sorcerer - ML2 + Meltabombs
6x Mutliators with Mark of Nurgle
Detachment 3: The Purge (CSM)
HQ: Sorcerer - ML2 + Meltabombs
6x Mutliators with Mark of Nurgle
Detachment 4: The Purge (CSM)
HQ: Sorcerer - ML2 + Meltabombs
6x Mutliators with Mark of Nurgle
So you're getting 9 psychic levels, a crapload of Psychic Shrieks, and it's a Battle-Forged army! Or if you want to squeeze in 1 more Mutliator you can keep all the Sorcerers barebones and do a 5th detachment with 1 Multilator and have enough points to gives all of the Sorcerers meltabombs.

Its in the apocalypse book. Do have to take one unit of oblits tho. But the mutilators get furious charge and a bonus attack for every wound inflicted.

If you wanted to go ITC, you could just take this twice and increase the number of Multilators in each squad to fill it out, and maybe a CAD if you wanted another Sorcerer or two.

...And/or throw in some Oblits (you get up to 4 heavy slots for each Purge detachment), who are really just Mutilators with guns.
