This is a list i put together to take on my friends eldar. I plan on putting the succubus with the Harlequin troop.
Skyweavers for tank hunting and decent troop killing once the job is done. he usually only has 2 wave serpents
razorwings will use all 4 missles each the turn they come on more often and then kill troops the rest of the time with the splinter cannons and disintegration cannons
death jester and shadowseer will work in unison staying near eachother for the -ld shenanigans

these are the models i have. I dont have anything else at the moment but i plan on getting a few more dark eldar units

any comments or ideas on this would be great

I would focus the harlie unit. Since your troupe master has a caress, I'd go all that direction. If you're going to differ, I throw cegorach's rose on him for challenges and then caress's on the other 4 clowns. where does the shadowseer go?

shadowseer and deathjester stay near eachother and infiltrate due to the formation they are in they get stealth and shrouded so they will post up somewhere in the middle and try and make them run with the mask or secrets and the special rules from the shreiker cannon.
