Hey mates. Starting to plan out my 2nd army and while I am seriously considering Luna Wolves, I am tempted to create my own Chapter. As it stands, I want to use either the Wolf or Hawk as my icon or chapter symbol, plan to utilize aggressive tactics such as Drop Pod Assault, Skyhammer, LR Deathstar, etc., and I have decided to make my Chapter a successor of the White Scars Primarch as there tactics reflect what I want to do. As for background/culture, want to do a Knight-themed Chapter, but with the same mentality of the Space Wolves/White Scars when it comes to comrades/battle brothers, allies, and enemies of that makes sense.

Other then that, I am still debating a chapter name and a paint scheme to go along with it and that's where you come in. Open to ideas and suggestions you would have on this and I would really appreciate it. Considering the Knights of Ulric atm as the name bit not sold on it as of yet.

Hmm, do you want to use Space Wolf Models? I like the idea.

Not the Space Wolf Models. I want my chapter to be based off on Knights/Crusaders theme look like the BT, but with the same culture and background of chapters such as the White Scars and the Space Wolves.

Your best bet would be to use DA models for the whole robed/knight theme

Otherwise, I would use GK models(or bits) as well.

My suggestion is think a little more about your background; founding, recruiting world, dogma, famous battles, etc. and once you have a more firm basis then you can select a name that fits that better.

Looking at your example who is Ulric? Why did he have knights?
