I know StormTalons are not part of the DA Fluff, but it's my favorite SM Codex and since I don't play, I figure I'd give it a go.

Here goes!

Cockpit painted Leadbelcher with Nuln Oil wash.

Marine in Caliban Green so far. He needs a few more layers.

Center console in Abaddon Black.

More done today.

Drybrush the Cockpit and Console with Ironbreaker first, and then extreme edges with Runefang Steel.

Painted the inside of the cockpit area enclosure with Zandri Dust.

Started painting the buttons in the Cockpit and an on the Console with Calgar Blue and Warpstone Glow.

Finished basecoating the Marine with Caliban Green.

Built some more of the body of the StormTalon. Lots of gaps I will have to fill with Green Stuff.

Looking good so far, will be a nice looking model when its done.

Added more button colors. Fire Dragon Bright and Evil Sunz Scarlet

Highlighted the SM with Ushabti Bone and Moot Green.

Cockpit all put together.

Some more done. I have some clean up to do before assembling some of the bits. I may prime and paint the rail gun before assembly. I think it might be easier.

I was looking to get back into power armored armies and was thinking of playing a variety of them based on the type of army I wanted to run but was looking to do them in possibly a Dark Angels scheme... I'll totally watch this with interest.
